Christmas Delivery Guarantee

Timing means everything this time of the year. That's why we stand behind your holiday orders with a guarantee you'll receive them by Christmas Eve.

If you place a qualifying order* at BestBuy.com by 5 p.m. ET on Thursday, December 20, using standard or expedited shipping, or by 11 a.m. ET Friday, December 21, using express shipping, we guarantee that we will attempt delivery on or by December 24. If we don't, you will receive a $10 or $20 Best Buy digital coupon!

The digital coupon is redeemable online at BestBuy.com only, and must be redeemed no later than 11:59 p.m. CT on April 5, 2008. Limit one coupon per order. This guarantee does not apply if you are not present when we attempt delivery for items that require a signature for delivery (such as notebook PCs), or if delivery cannot be completed due to inclement weather.

*Qualifying orders generally include in-stock items marked "Usually leaves our warehouse in 1 business day," but exclusions apply (see section below). Also, qualifying orders must ship to be included in the guarantee.

More than $50	$20 digital coupon	Yes

If you place a qualifying order between November 18 and December 14, and we don't attempt delivery on or by December 24, 2007, you must call 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289) to request your digital coupon.

If you place your qualifying order on or after December 15, and we don't attempt delivery on or by December 24, 2007, Best Buy will automatically e-mail you a unique digital coupon code no later than January 1, 2008.

Exclusions:

Oversized products, including all major appliances, TVs 25" and larger (including some flat-panel TVs), entertainment furniture and other items that require a scheduled delivery date.
Backorders and special order products.
