Having a spare bottle of CO2 is essential to maintain the convenience & usability of the Sodastream system. Sodastream has got to be one of the most convenient ways for lovers of carbonation to get their fix without the high level of sugar found in store-bought drinks. Our family loves the ability to personalize the type of flavoring and level of sweetness. Specifically, we simply buy frozen juice concentrate and only mix as much as we want with the "Sodastreamed" water. Not only that, but it has lowered the amount of waste & recycling we need to deal with as well. While the system hasn't necessarily saved us tons of money, it is well worth the investment toward a better balance of liquid satisfaction and health/well-being. HIghly recommended!

For the convenience and ease of use, I like this product. You have to get used to the buzz it makes, but that doesn't take long. I like that I can have plain bubbles, or add fresh ginger, or sugar or sugar substitute to taste, and there are tons of flavors from colas to fruit juices. Any water flavor works. Read the instructions regarding fill lines and flavor amounts before you start experimenting. Way better than collecting all the used containers for recycling. I keep two canisters in the rotation, so that I can take an empty out for recycling when running other errands. The only thing is various retailers have different ways they process the canisters, and some are better trained than others. Exchanged canisters are half price!

So simple. Easy to rotate out as long as you have at least one extra canister. I have a Best Buy around the corner from where I live so it’s very easy to swap the old canister for the new. Tastes like Perrier to me (I add an extra dose for super bubbly water, but if people like less bubbles they can just add less). I have not tried the flavored sodas as I don’t drink those but it’s absolutely worth it just for the water fix!

There will come a day when you line up your soda stream bottles ready to carbonate the water within and you get halfway through and your carbonator runs out of CO2. You then realize that this late night trip to Best Buy could've been prolonged until the next morning if you had only bought that spare carbonator. Don't let this happen to you, get a spare carbonator and save yourself the headache of a paniced trip to exchange your old carbonator.

I love my Sodastream and the ease of exchanging out the carbonator, I couldn't do an exchange of my empty cartridge at this time due to the COVID-19 restrictions, but having a back up cartridge was not a bad idea! After hooking it up in just a few seconds I was happily making my flavored fizzy water once again.

I love this product! What a great invention! I use it to flavor and excite my water so that I can increase my water intake without all the cost of prepared drinks. Soda is full of sugar and with the various flavors I have the option all day long of switching them out without having to consume a full liter of a particular product. Plus I can always carbonate whenever I want. No running out of drinks at 1am.

Im back to enjoying sodastream. Easy to secure cartridge. I usually put ffresh lemon juice in and enjoy between meals, healthy!

Honestly there is not much to say about this except that it works. It was easy to replace my old CO2 canister this one and works perfectly with my soda stream.

Like a lot of people, I love my sparkling water. Having a SodaStream has made my water full of bubbles constantly. This CO2 spare carbonator was purchased during the curbside pickup time with BestBuy, so I ordered online and then came by to get the carbonator. The team retrieved it quickly at my local store. It works. I'm using it now and enjoying the constant carbonation. I like stronger carbonation, so now that I'm home a lot, the bottles last about 2.5 weeks. Before, they lasted about 4 weeks when I was only drinking sparkling water in the evenings. I wish exchanges were possible right now, but most stores aren't offering that. At the regular price, buying cans of water is probably cheaper so if I can't exchange this one, I'll hold off and wait to buy another until I can exchange it.

The Carbonator actually seemed to last longer (provided more refills) than the bottle stated, perhaps due to the level (1, 2, or 3) of carbonation selected, though I usually opted for 3. It's easy to install / uninstall.

I picked up two of these for about 25 bucks at the local Best Buy. It's kind of hard to review a carbonator canister--it either works or it doesn't. These worked fine with my SodaStream. The price was great. I am glad I stepped into Best Buy that day.
