Was suppose to get the email (digital delivery) in about 15 minutes. It has been over 26 hours and still no email with the code. Just the order conformation email telling me I will get another email with the digital delivery iTunes Code. Called customer service and they just said they have received many complaints on this issue but no resolution.
Wondering now how to get a refund or the email with the code. Customer service will not do anything but just tell you to wait longer. I should have just driven to Walmart and gotten the gift card.

Never received code & charged sales tax

I spent over an hour being transferred and on hold and no one at Best Buy could help me get the code I paid for. It never arrived via email. On top of that, I was charged sales tax, which should not be applied to gift cards because tax is collected when you use it.
Stick with having the gift card mailed to you--do not buy the digital download!

If it works, it's a great price. Unfortunately, for some of us digital delivery isn't working and customer support is unable to help. You can't cancel the order, wait on hold forever (over an hour or more), and they'll get back to you in a week or more once you do get through. Really, really bad service. So, you take your chances to get the discount...

As several others posted, digital delivery didn't work... I placed the order on Nov 24, and immediately received an order ack (with an Order Number), saying "We'll e-mail you instructions to get your digital product shortly." Four days later, still no instructions (although the Order Status webpage says it's available for download). I'm on hold in my 4th phone call to Customer "Service", with little hope of success.
If no joy here, I'm going to call Amex and withdraw/cancel the purchase.
Huge waste of my time, all for a small discount. Will never shop at BestBuy again.

I ordered this through the Premier Silver email link on 5/22/12. I still have not received the digital delivery code. Bestbuy.com is blaming it on Apple. ETA - up to two weeks... SERIOUSLY?? After the time that was wasted on the phone with customer service, I was better off just buying it direct from Apple for full price.
