Solid Melodeth Posted by: from: Madison, WI on I have never really loved Kalmah until I listened to this album. It has a different feel from their other albums but I can definitely see some connections that long time kalmah fans will still love. The guitar riffs are really awsome and they are actually alot deeper and thicker than in their other albums, which really makes the CD feel full and just awsome. The album is short....but that's Kalmah for you I quess The guitar can get alittle to muddy and crunchy which kinda takes away from the awomse minor based shredding, but whatever Buy it

Sick Posted by: from: Houston, TX on Album has a darker, more brutal sound to it, more swampish metal than other ones. The vocals are deeper than other albums aswell. "Rust Never Sleeps" is an awesome song to start the CD, from a quiet acoustic guitar, then crescendo to straight metal. About 1 or 2 songs don't catch my eye but the rest are good. The album cover was aimed at a good direction but the whole playing in the mud thing that the band does in the photos isn't very brutal. Overall, definitely not a let down. Can't wait for the next album.
