Works after downloading plug in

Posted by: UrbanSvg from on 04/03/2016I have and older version, but wanted to upgrade for the Blu-ray option. I does work, but makes you download a plug in for decryption. I've tried both Blu-ray and DVD, and have had only a couple instances where an error occurred with the Blu-ray movies. I just retried and they converted without issue. I did contact customer service, and they did respond 3 times in 72 hrs to make sure my issue was handled. The only other concern i had was that my security did quarantine one suspicious item when first installing, but I have had no problems since. Takes 2-4 hours for a Blu-ray to covert to mp4, DVD maybe just over an hour.
