Loved it at first... But don't buy Posted by: from: on I loved these headphones when my husband got them for me for Christmas. I wanted some cheap ones to listen to music, he got me these amazing Bluetooth/ wireless headphones. I was in love. And then... Got a new iPhone 3 months after getting the headphones and they wouldn't sync. Took the headphones to geek squad (I bought protection) and they couldn't sync it so they told me to switch them. "Maybe the headphone software is too old for the new phone". Hard to believe. But I switched them and sure enough. They worked. Now, 4 months later I bought myself a Bluetooth enabled laptop and guess what, the headphones won't sync either!! I went to geek squad hoping that they would do some magic but nothing. So now, I'm going to have to pay another replacement fee and get a new pair. Not worth the money if you have to replace them every 3-4 months. Only get them if you aren't getting new technology in 4 years to make them worth the money.

love it but.... Posted by: from: on I loved those wireless earphones but had to return it as they kept falling during my exercise and I needed one that stay in my ear. Otherwise the quality of the sound is great and I love the magnet that secure the earphones when you're not using it.

Great service Posted by: from: on So far I haven't have any trouble with returning a defective product. My fitbit charge HR didn't hold charge and the other one didn't give me the notification when someone is calling me. I went back and told bestbuy that I got a defected one, told them my phone number and got a new one without any trouble.

DO NOT BUY Posted by: from: on Do not waste your money! I have always purchased my electronics from Best Buy because of their excellent warranty program. I bought a pair of urBeats in November on sale and one side has gone out. I purchased a 2 year extended warranty so I took them back. Best Buy will NOT replace them because I purchased them on sale!! They said I have to pay $40 more simply because they no longer carry the silver ones! They will not reimburse my money...only give me a store gift card. I told them I will never purchase another item from their store. I am thoroughly disgusted with the service I received!
