Geek Squad Protection Posted by: from: on I purchase Geek Squad Protection for all of my Best Buy purchases that it is available on. Fortunately I have never had to use it but it is nice to have that peace of mind knowing I have it should I ever need it. Also, compared to other merchants protection plans nothing compares to Best Buys in regards to taking care of the customer. That is why I always shop at Best Buy if they carry an item that I want or need!

BEST WARRANTIES Posted by: from: on Whenever I make a purchase, I check Best Buy first. If they sell it I can guarantee you I will purchase it at Best Buy and with every purchase I make I purchase my warranty. It's ease of mind, if it breaks you can take it back and no worries on keeping your receipt, it is all in the computer. And best of all at Best Buy they don't make you feel like a child or like a criminal. I learned this the hard way when I purchased my Kenmore Elite Refrigerator at SEARS. I bought my 5yr warranty from them for $800 and when my refrigerator that I had for only 1year needed to be fixed Sears gave me the run around telling me they couldn't find my purchase in their system and that I needed proof. They told me they would be happy to send out a technician for $95.00 and more than likely fixing it would be more expensive, so it would be best if I just purchased a new one. I had to do my own investigating because I did not have my original receipt, after 2days I found proof, however, I wasted my time. With Best Buy all your receipts are stored in their computers and you don't have to worry about them missing when you need it.

Ive taken my bose soundlink everywhere from camping, pool sides, sandy beaches, all without worrying about my product. If something goes wrong BestBuy will replace it free of charge. Love the coverage
