Poor service, unhelpful, lack of knowledge. Posted by: from: on Bought 16ch cctv system. Needed help on 3 bnc cables. 800 # for geek squad told me to call local store to see if cctv was an option in my area. After I called the local store, I held for 15 mins for geek squad. She didn't know what cctv was and had me hold for another geek squad tech. He eventually told me to call the geek squad 800 #. To avoid these circles, I now started a live chat, when I got out of the questions, I explained all of this. He told me to call the 800# again and ask them for cctv service. I explained the circle and that's why I'm here. He retyped to call. I asked him if he could liaison the call to help the situation and get me an answer to my original problem. He said since he is live chat support he doesn't make calls. I never had my problem solved. This is my first and last experience with geek squad. I plan on returning the 2 contracts and using the refund to get the remaining 3 bnc cables finished. I told him what a joke this was and he just typed back from the script. I had to screen shot it I was in disbelief.

Great Value Posted by: from: on Got the protection plan to cover my new Ultra HD 40K TV!! Can't imagine buying a quality (and pricy!) piece of electronics and not having the experience and expertise of the Geeks as my backup!! I have used them multiple times and have never been disappointed!!

Love it! Posted by: from: on I have upgraded from a 32" the picture on the 48" looks about the same just on a way bigger scale. Its amazing! The only thing keeping me from the 5th star is the Netflix. When I first turn on my TV and I try to open Netflix it always says "loading getting stuff together try again later" it gets aggravating.Takes ten to fifteen minutes to get "ready", then an extra five to finally open by then I could have had my laptop running with the hdmi. With my old TV netfilx opened within a few seconds. But all in all happy with it.
