It has very good preformance in a vast area. the receiption is great in the mountains, as well as in the city and the coast I use a laptop and a Ipad both work well with this0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

If you don't log off you get charged for data that's apparently "updating" even when you're not using the computer. I got charged $20.00 extra for one month when not using internet that much. I called and actually did receive credit because they informed me that I needed to log off each time I was on. I think they should inform people of that when they sign up for this service0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

1st one died on the 30th day.If you dont buy the extended warrenty.only has 30 day return policy ? i dont see why we have to pay for a warrenty on cheaply manufactured products.Bestbuy replaced it no charge,this time .so now i paid for extended warrenty.2nd one,not 30 days yet.ill see.ATT system & services work great,but small products i havent had much luck with.MiFi does work fast and is prefect for my situation,but how long will it last?0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

It took me three trips to the tech department to get this to work.
Over 4 hours of tech time to make it happen using multiple techs. I was told to replace the unit on the second trip which also too over an hour to accomplish. A real pain.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Haven't used very much yet but it is very easy to use. Just turn it on and connect any device you like to it. Bought it for use when I travel to remote places in the Southwest. Have not used it on a trip yet, hope it performs well without an external antenna. Works very well with my Nexus 7 when I use it to navigate..0 out of 0 found this review helpful.
