Don't waste your time...1

I have to agree with many others analysis of this product and say do not waste your time here...
Audio quality is terrible! Very little bass drive. Extremely poor battery life: you will be challenged to get more than 2-3 hours music playback time out of it on a single charge and about 6-8 hours MAX on standby as a bluetooth headset.
It pairs easily and reliably with my Samsung Galaxy S3 but the lack of audio quality and decent battery life kills off a potentially worthy device. I'll be returning mine to the store today and buying a new Jabra Street2 device on Amazon today.- Type of Listener : Avid listener

Great device4

I bought this device to allow my car to have Bluetooth stereo and for that this device is great. I have a old radio with a tape deck on it so I just put a tape adapter in my radio so I can have auxiliary access. So for sound and usage this thing is 5 stars. The volume thing is dependent on the quality of your music. I read the other reviews just now after I already bought this and I don't agree about the sound. The sound is great. Ok now the bad news the battery OH MY GOD!!! the battery life sucks. I mean really sucks I left it to charge over night and still the battery is not showing all the way charged. But it says complete on the screen . I even thought maybe because I had hooked it to a power USB outlet was why it died so quick so I hooked it to my computer for over 8 hours and same result. I would say if the battery life was better this device would be great but because of battery I can't give it a 5 and I may be taking mines back. Which hurts because this little device could have saved me over $200 but now I going to have to buy a Bluetooth radio. So I say don't buy it unless you only plan to use this 2 hours at a time and ok charging it every 2 hours of usage.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Battery Life & Sound Isn't Very Good2

I got this thing to hook to my Bose powered speaker to allow my cell phone to use its Bluetooth to transmit Pandora to while I'm working out... allowing me to hold/carry or have access to the phone for ease of volume control and station changing.
The battery on this little device only lasted 1-1/2 workouts (maybe 70 mins total) and then needed a charge. As others who reviewed it said, the charging system is POOR! You have to use a USB convertor cable to charge it via the mini-plug port. They should've allowed a way to hook to constant power, so charging wouldn't be an issue.
When I did unplug it and went back to a mini-mini jumper cable, I noticed a HUGE improvement in sound quality as well, so the sound is most definitely not as good with this device, working wirelessly.- Type of Listener : Avid listener

Works great4

I bought this to use with a nice (loud) set of computer speakers and it works great. Just set the volume on your speakers as loud as you want it to go then control the rest from you iPhone, iPad or Android device. The volume slider on your device works as well and I was able to keep a solid single throughout my apartment. Definitely worth the $30 I paid.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

I love this little device! I have several pairs if high end head phones that I use this with. I like to stream my music and movies from my ipad and S3 and this works great to free me from plugging into my device. I really like this when I'm on the treadmill with my earbuds as well as I used to always pull the cord from my phone. Now I just clip this on my shirt and no more cable dangling while I'm running. I get about 3.5-4 hours between charges so plenty to get me thru my workouts.- Type of Listener : Avid listener

THE BATTERY LIFE IS AWFUL. I am including my original comments below, which I wrote before I tested the battery life. It lasted less than 2 hours. And I can't even use the sportclip while charging it. Do not buy this product. Very disappointing.
I bought this "sportclip" not to use with headphones, but to send music from my Macbook to external computer speakers (3.5mm or 1/8" jack) wirelessly. The device works nicely, pairs easily, and stays paired as I move my computer between rooms throughout my house. It's extremely small and lightweight, so it would work well with headphones. The sound quality seems fine.
Issue #1) The max volume through the sportclip is lower than the max volume of the speakers plugged directly into my computer. I think the volume should be the same.
Issue #2) The device cannot be charged during use. I think the device should have a separate port for charging at the other end, so the bluetooth can be used while charging.
The terrible battery life makes this item a DO NOT BUY.- Type of Listener : Avid listener
