Synopsis

Live in a town where the relationships that you build with animals have as much impact on your life as those you build with humans. In Animal Crossing: City Folk, you can indulge in your favorite activities all day long. Time passes in this world at a real pace, so you can observe holidays and seasonal celebrations at just the right times. Feel free to fish all day or hang out with friends, just make sure that you maintain thriving connections with your neighbors.

In Animal Crossing: City Folk, the heart of the action is found in building relationships with the animals in your town as well as with other players. Spend your time doing the activities that matter most to you, whether it's playing in the snow, catching fireflies or cultivating friendships with the creatures who move in and out of the town. Design clothes and patterns for the animals to wear. Exchange letters, gifts and favors with your neighbors to cultivate friendships. And remember to listen closely to the animals — they always have good stories to share.
