Great tool for peole who run

Realy liked that it gives the feed back to the ipod while you run. The downside is that ome times it doesn't "wake up" right away after connecting with the ipod. Otherwise it's a great helping tool in running.

Good for someone who walks or runs

I also run with my dog and it's nice to have music that keeps up with my pace with out having do to anything

I like the fact that it tell you your stats as you're running. The only complaint I have is that it needs a case. It doesn't come with one and that has to be a separate purchase.

Handy sensor but not too flexible

Posted by: MikeF125 from Peoria IL on 04/19/2013This sensor coordinates with the Nike+ Sportwatch GPS and other products. The Sportwatch GPS tracks your runs or walks quite nicely on its own; the sensor supposedly self-calibrates and then helps out if you are going thru a lot of trees or under a bridge or somewhere that the watch loses contact with the GPS satellite; also indoors. However, according to the Nike+ folks, to calibrate it you have to run or walk about a mile at a steady pace, and it will thereafter assume you are always going at that pace. It may recalibrate on its own later, I'm not sure. But it doesn't seem to be as accurate or flexible in measuring your step/pace as I thought it would. Fortunately the GPS is superb.
