I had been reluctant to buy an ipad because they are pricey but most apple products are. With all my computer needs I always went with PC's because they were so much cheaper but i was constantly replacing them. i first bought a kindle fire and it had to be replaced 3 weeks later (exchange process was quick but still annoying) and i ended up selling it a few months later it wouldn't perform office programs that i needed. I bite the bullet and bought a macbook after my 4th laptop in 3 years broke and after that i realized mac is the way to go. i then bought my ipad a few months after that and the iphone 5. the apple products work so well together the ipad is awesome cause i can take whatever i need from laptop with me which is quick and easy and can edit or create pretty much anything with it. battery life on ipad is amazing as well it takes a little while to get to 100% but will last a long time even when using it at a high level. All around great product along with all apple products that i have purchased over the last year.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

I purchased the iPad just before leaving on an important road trip from Maine to Washington DC with two of my adult sisters. I took a chance and left my Nikon at home. The photo resolution is excellent! There are less settings available on the iPad, but the ease of use and quality is as good as I've ever seen. Uploading to social networking was effortless, so it was easy to keep the rest of our family updated on our antics.

This replaces an Acer Android tablet with a Tegra 3 chip which seemed fast when I got it. Have some similiar apps on both and the IPAD flies to the finish line!
No concerns but I worry what a battery will cost me from Apple when this one dies. I charge as recommended.
