The iPhone is easy to use, well designed, and is a quality product. This phone makes it easy to have my world on my phone and eliminates many of the uses for a home pc, one stop shop!!!- Age : 45-54

It is an improvement over the 4S. larger screen size, comes in larger capacity. it works fine in my ford focus, connected to Sync.- Age : 55-64

This my second iPhone of this model, as the first one died after 35 days. The problem was that the cellular radio stopped working for no apparent reason.
Getting the replacement took nearly a month, though, as these larger capacity iPhones aren't easy to find. Apple makes a limited number of them, as they aren't as in demand as the 16 Gb and 32 Gb models.
There's really nothing to say bad about the iPhone, except that it doesn't have the SWYPE feature of the Galaxy phones. I don't know why Apple doesn't have an app to run this most helpful function.- Age : 45-54

I love all Apple products. This is my third iPhone. It is very easy to use has excellent picture quality, apps look great. I like the bigger screen.- Age : 65 and above

BMW of smartphones - elegant and functional5

This is my second iPhone, so I knew what I was getting into -- but this continues to blow my mind on what I can use it for. On a recent business trip to Asia (my first) my colleague was so impressed with all that I was using it for she came home and bought one. Now- I had the cellular data off and only used wifi when in range - but I used the features all the time. Once we were abandoned in the back streets and I used the onboard GPS and a previously downloaded map to locate our hotel and get us safely home. Whether you use it for family or business, if you put in the effort to set it up and use the features - you will be amazed what it can do.- Age : 55-64
