After getting a new desktop computer and a new Cintiq graphic tablet, I needed to hook them up to each other. The sales associate gave me this after I showed him pictures of the two ends I needed connect. Worked like a charm!0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Got this when I got my Mac Mini, was told it was the adapter I'd need to use my PC monitor. Turned out that on my way home, I realized it was the wrong one. Best Buy made is less than easy to exchange it, as I had to drive to another store about 15 or so miles away, as the original store did not have any in stock.
Not to mention the correct adapter was a bit more costly.0 out of 1 found this review helpful.

The construction of this adapter is poor as it is flimsy and be broken very easily if bent or moved often. It plugs in great and works like it should.2 out of 2 found this review helpful.

I bought this for my 2011 15' Macbook Pro. My Macbook doesn't have the port for this so i was not able to connect my computer to a tv or monitor. If you have the same computer as me and want this, it will not work for you.4 out of 50 found this review helpful.

Great for presenting on MacBook5

This is the accessory you need if you plan to use your MacBook for presenting. The industry standard connection for projectors is VGA, so this is the adapter you need. Very few companies or organizations provide a DVI (digital) hookup, so this VGA adapter will get you hooked up 90% of the time.
Even though the image is converted from digital (Mini-DVI) to analog (VGA), the image looks great on a large plasma/LCD/screen. Too bad Apple no longer includes this adapter with their MacBooks, but the price isn't bad and you'll get a lot of use out of it.8 out of 8 found this review helpful.
