Exactly what I wanted

dissappointed with only a 15 day return policy..

Posted by: from on 05/17/2013It was good while it worked. I will never purchase electronics from best buy or Apple products again. Best Buy because the 15 day return policy .. and I am not made of money so to have to spend almost $3,000.00 just to have a silver level in rewards card to get a 60 day return policy is crazy, and Apple because when I called to see if it could be fixed or replaced they told me I would have to drive 60 miles to the nearest store to see if they could do anything ( that wasn't even a guarantee).

Posted by: from Naperville, IL on 05/17/2013Great mp3 player, good compliment to my apple family of products. Mainly use for working out, is perfect for it. Beware the ipod software is not the same as in iphone/ipad, its a dumbed down version of iOS. Overall great product.

Had problems with the earplugs.

Posted by: from Colorado on 05/04/2013My main problem was the earplugs. I tried taking back to Best Buy the first time and was given another set of earplugs instead. Unfortunately, it failed a short time later after usage when I tried listening to the radio. I finally took it back though I did not expect to get the refund because I was given hell the first time when it was still within the 15-day return policy. Nice but, really don't want to deal with fiddling around with something that I put bucks into. Others had problems with downloading music which I never got to do.
