Great Purchase

Posted by: from Owasso, OK on 05/17/2012I had an HTC Android phone, Dell Mini Notebook, AND a Nook--none of which synced with each other. I sold all three on eBay and purchased an iPhone and this iPad in the same week. Apple got this right! I love being able to enter notes and calendar events on my phone or iPad and have them instantly synced via iCloud. The price of the iPad 2 was another plus. Just $399. The only downside is the inability to print directly from the iPad; I don't have a compatible printer. BUT, I've managed to overcome that problem by creating documents online at Google DOCs. I can edit either at home or at work or from the iPad and print whenever I'm home. No big deal. Downloaded the Nook app which has worked great so far.

Great value to buy the older Ipad over hte new one, however the accessories are overpriced, especially the screen protectors. It would be great if they would give you a screen protector iwth your purchase.

Screen resolution is great and ease of use is excellent along with speed of this tablet. I am not a electronics guru, however, this tablet is much better then previously owned tablets. The price of the ipad2 was less expensive as the ipad3 and figured that the ipad2 is a good start for a beginner. Overall: I am very happy with my ipad and might purchase a iphone in the not too distant future.
