Scheduled DeliveryScheduled DeliverySome items require scheduled delivery due to their size and weight. These items include TVs 40" or larger, major appliances and furniture.

Note: These services are not available for special order items. Removal and RecyclingWhen your new item is delivered, if you wish, we will remove and recycle an old item of the same type for free. For example, if you order a refrigerator, we will remove your old refrigerator. Note: These services are not available for special order items. Delivery TimeframeYour delivery timeframe will be communicated the day before the scheduled delivery.
Please make sure an adult (age 18 or older) is home to sign for your delivery. Note: If your order includes additional products that do not require delivery, they will be shipped separately. Fitness EquipmentFitness equipment can only be delivered to the threshold of your residence. Unpacking and setup are not included. Delivery CancellationYou may cancel your delivery order any time prior to the day of scheduled delivery. Call 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289). Before the Delivery Team ArrivesPlease clear a pathway to the room where you want the item delivered. The pathway should be clear of all obstacles and have at least a 1/2-inch clearance on all sides. Note: Special order deliveries will not be delivered beyond the entryway of the home or garage.
