Scheduled Home Delivery

Some items require scheduled delivery due to their size and weight. These items include TVs 51" or larger, major appliances and furniture.

  1. You can schedule delivery during checkout.
  2. Delivery cost is the same online and in stores.

Scheduled Delivery Includes:

  1. Delivery into the room of your choice
  2. Unpacking
  3. Disposal of the packaging
  4. Removal and recycling your old item of the same type

Note: These services are not available for special order items.

Removal and Recycling

When your new item is delivered, if you wish, we will remove and recycle an old item of the same type for free. For example, if you order a refrigerator, we will remove your old refrigerator.

Delivery Does Not Include Installation

For an additional fee, we can install home entertainment components, appliances, mobile electronics and computer upgrades.

Delivery Restrictions

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Timeframe

Your delivery timeframe will be communicated the day before the scheduled delivery.

  • Timeframes are in 2-hour windows.
  • We are unable to accommodate specific delivery times.

Please make sure an adult (age 18 or older) is home to sign for your delivery.

Note: If your order includes additional products that do not require delivery, they will be shipped separately.

Fitness Equipment

Fitness equipment can only be delivered to the threshold of your residence. Unpacking and setup are not included.

Canceling Delivery

You may cancel your delivery order any time prior to the day of scheduled delivery. Call 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289).

Before the Delivery Team Arrives

Please clear a pathway to the room where you want the item delivered. The pathway should be clear of all obstacles and have at least a 1/2-inch clearance on all sides.

Note: Special order deliveries will not be delivered beyond the entryway of the home or garage.

These items are part of our expanded online selection and are not available in Best Buy stores.

Special Order Delivery

  1. An agent will call you when your order is ready to schedule for delivery.
  2. Delivery timelines may be longer than for non-special order products.
  3. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  4. An adult age 18 or older must be home to sign for the delivery.
  5. Item will be delivered into the entryway of the home or garage only.
  6. Delivery does not include placement in room of choice, installation, unpacking or recycling.​
