    Battlestar Galactica: Razor
The untold story of the Battlestar Pegasus comes to the screen in this special, two-hour episode of Battlestar Galactica detailing the transformation of Major Kendra Shaw into a fearless tool of war known as a "razor." As the Cylons prepare to launch a genocidal attack on the Twelve Colonies, Major Kendra Shaw (Stephanie Jacobsen) arrives on the Battleship Pegasus reporting for duty. In the aftermath of the devastating attack, Major Shaw is trained by Admiral Helena Cain to employ suicidal fighting tactics and commit atrocious war crimes against her own people. Any sense of hesitation or doubt is methodically stripped away from Major Shaw, rendering her a living weapon driven by murderous instinct. But such a weapon can ultimately do as much damage as it does good, and it isn't long before this severe form of warfare takes a heavy psychological tool on the tormented Major Shaw. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

    Battlestar Galactica: Revelations
A hostage standoff unfolds as the rebel Cylons hold President Roslin captive in a bid to coax the "final five" Cylons to come out of hiding on Galactica. ~ Michael Chant, Rovi

Posted by: from Phila PA on 01/20/2009I have nothing bad to say about this show. I love it and will be sad to see it go. I'm writing a review because I'm sad that Universal is basically charging the fans ftwice or Razor, that is, if you already have a copy like I do. The 4.0 season could be a few bucks cheaper if they excluded Razor. They should have offered a rebate for those of us who already own it. I'll get season 4.0, but having two copies of Razor will irk me.

    amazing series

Posted by: from elmira new york on 01/12/2009even though alot of original series fans will give negative reviews of this show it is very very good. they comment negatively simply because it is not a continuation of the original galactica. this new re-imagined series is every bit as good if not better. it is chock full of shocking plot twists and incredible visuals, made even better if you have a hi-def setup. you can never be sure what will happen next. unlike alot of cookie-cut series plots ron moore and dave eicke are truly unpredictable when it comes to trying to figure out what will happen next. as an original series fan i can offer you this one hint as to what MAY happen in the last 10 episodes. this new series does follow the plotline of the original series very loosely while sticking to the major plot points of the original series.

    Best Sci-Series To Date
    5
Posted by: from Boston, MA on 01/06/2009Essentially this is the greatest Television show to come out of Sci-Fi since it was founded. The remake of the original BSG series was originally hit with criticism for changes to it's main character's however they are nothing but for the better. Season 4.0 Is simply amazing, it's the culmination of various plot lines that are finally starting to come together, many revelations begin to appear and while some mysteries are solved others appear. A shocking ending to the last episode leaves many viewers unfulfilled almost, let down, but continue to keep the viewer engaged as another mystery of the series unfolds. All along the way we discover that love isn't always what it seems and neither are the characters. Sci-Fi Acting at its best which can be difficult at times is made easy by a lack of technobabbly and a easy to understand "sci-fi universe" that the producers have created. Season 4.0 Should not be missed!
