sound great but break in 1 week, what's the point?

There's another joint on the other side too - don't know why that is needed ... If I pay $267 for headphones, I want them to last. So despite great sound, I give a POOR overall rating. But wait there's more ...
Best Buy sympathy was rather low for this event. I was overseas till 22May13. The day after I landed, I took these back to the Sunnyvale CA best buy with my passport to prove that I was indeed out of the country till the day before. But no use. The manager politely told me that I had to take it up with the manufacturer.
So I am unhappy with the service from a (usually) good store and am unhappy with the high end product too.
Hopefully Best Buy or Beats folks read this review and offer to make this right for me.

Great Bass and Sound Quality

I had the bose over the ear they were nice but they didnt have Bass. So these have both bass and nice sound but if you care more about no bass and sound quality and comfort go with the Bose so COMFY!
