Okay at first...2

It seemed okay at first, but I got to where I was constantly adjusting it so that I could hear anything. The slightest touch and the sound was gone. Plus you do get lots of interference from the radio, so be prepared to search for open channels. It has a built in scanner for you, but seems to only like two stations wherever you are, so you're better off doing it by hand.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Does not work very well - would not suggest buying this item. Get a cable or if you have an older stereo in your car/truck just use CDs. This thing just doesn't perform.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

I bought this for my dad as he loves having an FM transmitter to use. I have one of another brand that I absolutely love, but it was out of stock so I decided to get this one for my dad as it was cheaper and is similar.
Overall, it's not a bad product but I would not recommend it unless it is the only one available.
The part that plug into the cigarette lighter comes unplugged very easily, the buttons on the channel selector are pushed easily causing music to be interrupted, and the cable plugging into the audio device is also rather sensitive to movement.
The audio quality is fine, but the hardware could use a bit of refining.13 out of 16 found this review helpful.

I bought this for my Droid X2 after doing a bit of research and considering other alternatives, and I'm glad I went with it. The two biggest complaints I see is people saying it's not loud enough or there's too much static.
I'm not sure why some people have problems with the sound, If I had both the radio and Droid X2's volume set to max, every car around me would have heard the music too. As for as the static goes, I had a little bit on the first station the ClearScan found, but the second one had so little, I couldn't even hear it with my air conditioner turned on. I do live in a small town, so I can imagine it would probably be worse if there were more radio stations and people around me using products like this.
Overall, I'd say this is well worth the price ($30 at the time of writing this.)12 out of 13 found this review helpful.

I have a DROID X and no auxiliary port in my vehicle to connect my phone to the stereo so that I can listen to my music. I bought the Belkin Tunecast as a cheaper solution to installing an auxiliary port (a MUCH cheaper alternative). Most of the time it works great, but I do notice that sometimes when I’m in the middle of a populated city, such as Denver, the FM frequencies from the Tunecast get static, or the song fades in and out a little. It's really not that bad, but it is enough that I notice it. Also, as it is with any FM transmitter like the Tunecast, you have to turn your stereo up much louder than usual to hear your music. Not the end of the world, unless there’s a song you really want to jam out to and you can't get your stereo loud enough (I did find that if you turn up the volume on your phone it actually turns the volume up on your stereo...different from the original iPod FM transmitter). All in all, I'm happy with my purchase, but I'm still keeping my eyes open for other alternatives that don't have any static or fading during the song.8 out of 8 found this review helpful.

This FM modulator is a complete ripoff for the cost. You would think it would actually function fairly well for that cost, but it does not. The signal is far too weak to be picked up cleanly by even the best FM radios and the signal to noise ratio is about 1 to 5, which is about the opposite of what it needs to be for this to work well. You get all kinds of noise and static that you have to tune out at very high volume levels just to be able to hear any of the music coming through. To give this more than one star, you must have the lowest standards for sound quality. Do not purchase.9 out of 12 found this review helpful.

The signal is weak. When next to other stations, the radio can't decide whether to lock on, the device or the radio station.4 out of 5 found this review helpful.
