This unit linked perfectly with my UVerse router and allows my smartphones and iPads to reach the internet via wifi where they couldn't previously. The 4 port switch allows me to connect older home theater gear, too. This replaced my Cisco Ethernet bridge and works much, much better!

Took me about 5 minutes from the time I opened the box that everything was hooked up and network secured up and running.

The product would not work with the website

She had me try many different things. Then kept putting me on hold to get additional help from a supervisor. Nothing worked so she just had me return it.
