Good ol' hard rock
I got this album and I'm surprised by how much I like it. This album is definitely way better than any lame poser rock you find all over, the lyrics are dark and the music is hard rock, old school Ozzy.
The only thing I don't like about this album is the production, it sounds kind of "pop-ish", I dunno how else to describe it. There are a lot of voice overdubs and pretty much every song has Ozzy singing in an electronic voice at one point or another.
That being said, you should still get it if you're a fan of Ozzy or old school hard rock/metal in general.

Great Rock Album
Ozzy Osbourne returns after a half-decade hiatus. His latest album, "Black Rain," tells the story of a crumbling world where people are dieing and deadliy black rain falls from the sky. Each song completes a part of the story, which makes this Ozzy album unique. A definite recommendation for anyone who likes a little heavy metal. "Almighty Dollar" is worth listening to.

Ozzy As Always Rocks!
Ozzy As Always Rocks! This album was the last one before Zakk Wylde was replaced. Zakk's replacement, Gus G, is great but I still prefer Zakk. If you love Ozzy's sound w/Zakk playing the guitars, then definitely get this one.
