    Good series killed before its time

    Posted by: from on 01/08/2008This was a superior follow-up to the original Blade movie, then the two sequel movies (Blade II & Blade Trinity). The Blade: House of Cthon DVD released back in 2007 was only the first couple of episodes and did not cover the entire series, like this does. Good storyline and interesting characters. The whole vampire society was delved into, along with Blade's past before the first movie. It was an interesting concept that the vampire House of Cthon had its own internal power squables and double-dealing. The new vampire ally Krista acting as a double agent for Blade was also a great idea. Too bad the series got canceled. Hopefully this DVD set will also include bonus material (i.e. deleted scenes, outtakes, bloopers, etc.).
