The filter works great. It makes the water taste like it was the bottled water you buy in the store. However, in order to get the water through the filter, you have to squeeze the bottle. Trying to drink normally will not work. This isn't too much of a problem until the bottle is filled halfway or less. At that point, squeezing becomes a little difficult, especially if you have weaker hands, such as myself. Plus, it makes an annoying whistle/whine after every sip once it has gotten to the halfway point. In order to get around these things, I try to keep it more than half-full, but that entails many trips to the sink. Overall, I'll probably go to a filtering pitcher to keep in my office. I gave it four stars because it does what it is supposed to do. I say for its price, give it a shot. It's definitely cheaper than buying bottled water for the two months that the filter is supposed to last.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

I usually didn't drink water because it is boring... but since I bought my little water bottle I drink more, it's easy to refill from the frig and I am comfortable knowing it is filtered, actually doubled filtered once from the frig and once from the built in filter. Yes the filter gets rid of the weird taste and odd smell of tap water but for lack of a better word, its way too hard to actually suck water out of the bottle. The plastic is tough so its also hard to squeeze. It takes a combined effort of squeezing the bottle and sucking pretty darn hard just to drink some water. Too much work in my opinion. Especially if you're already out of breath from working out.0 out of 1 found this review helpful.
