I have to believe that many of the other reviewers don't have much in the background of water filtration. As an environmental scientist, I work in the field. The bottle does as good of a job as can be expected for a passive carbon filter. It will remove most organics causing some taste or odor issues. However, that is where it ends. If you have significant water issues, this isn't going to fix it. Overall, the bottle does a good job of making ok tap water taste better. The bottle feels somewhat flimsy, but that allows you to squeeze it to increase water flow through the filter. I can't say that I have experienced any difficulties that others indicate with changing out the filter. Pretty simple screw on screw off operation.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

I bought this for use at an office where the water has a metallic taste. The Bobble takes a little bit of the edge off, but the bad flavor is still there. I'm considering bringing filtered water from home because the Bobble didn't solve my problem.
The cap is difficult to get off and you do have to squeeze hard to get water out, but that hasn't bothered me too much.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

A nice idea that falls short in practice. The strength of the bottle itself is flimsy & creases easily: stating that in the instructions does not make it OK!!!!!
