Posted by: DRSL from Flower Mound, Tx on 05/17/2013Cleans well, better than my old one, but of course it should. I DO NOT like the way the tines are arranged in BOTH racks. It is an ODD set up. Have tried different ways to load plates and glasses. Both have trouble fitting in the normal area for both. The plates take up too much room in the bottom rack,not leaving space for other items, have to rearrange several times. The glasses and cups try to fall over and bowls lay down flat taking up too much room in the top. I am kind of disappointed in such a name brand appliance with such a poor layout in the interior.

Small inside, but does great job cleaning

Posted by: CastIron from Wisconsin on 05/03/2013No heating coil in bottom to dry dishes. Must use Finish spot rinse to "waterproof "the dishes from water spots.
Best Buy employees must learn their products. My sales associate had no clue on how the unit worked.
Price was great. I paid half what I paid for my KitchenAid.

I replaced a 6 y/o whirlpool gold dishwasher that didn't clean anything and would cost more to repair than replace. I researched dishwashers and it was a consumer report's best buy. Price was ok. Best deal at Best Buy (installation was on sale). Dishwasher has reports of not drying but it does dry well if you use the sanitizing button. It cleans great. It is fairly quiet except at the beginning of the cycle. Buttons on the front panel seem cheap and loose.

Posted by: Johnd1235 from New York on 04/19/2013I have owned a high end Bosch dishwasher for the last 8 years. Unfortunately when it stopped working the parts and labor to repair it
were the price of a low end new dishwasher.
I read consumers as I did 8 yrs ago, however this time I purchased an entry level Bosch. It is not as quiet but performs well.
My only complaint is that the run cycle with the sanitize feature engaged is about 35 min longer than before and loading anything other than a flat dish is awkward.

I am very pleased with it. It is very quiet, gets the dishes very clean, and is very easy to operate.
