My only complaint is that the unit is so quiet that I never know it's running. Since there are many folks using this machine I know we've washed the same clean dishes numerous times.
Everything comes out clean and we are happy with the clean dishes.

Quiet, efficient, beautiful

It's extremely quiet...i don't know why one would spend more for the supposedly quieter model. I use Cascade Complete packs and Finish Jet-Dry rinse agent and my loads come out sparkling. This is a recent purchase but I checked consumer magazines and found this model and Bosch dishwashers in general to have a good reliability record.

The wash cycle is much quicker than my last dishwasher that was only two years old. Everything comes out sparkling and clean. If I leave the dishes in overnight they are always dry. I really enjoy the fact that there is no heating element. Since we have kids we also have alot of plastic wares. I can put whatever I want into this dishwasher and not worry about plastic melting from the heating element. The dishwasher is also very quiet and the looks of the front of the unit are very clean and elegant. Great Dishwasher!

Cleans very well, but small inside

In fact, sometimes it's hard to tell whether it's running. Some kind of indicator on the outside would be helpful. But we do love the clean appearance.

It cleans like a champ and is quiet as all get out. We're totally stoked on this purchase. A bit of a smell as reported by others, but only when it's running and it doesn't bother us as we don't hang out by it. The fact that it gets our dishes clean and is rather silent about it wins the day in our books. We are an active family of 4 and run out washer often. I can't be happier with our purchase.
