I waited 2 weeks to have the tv delivered so the geek squad could hook up the new tv and sound bar only to have to return it as no one ever got back to us on what to do to stop or adjust the equipment. When returning item I requested a refund for installation and told no cause they set up the remote control.

Volume control is tough to adjust

Decent for the price, but sound quality just so so

Additionally, the remote is very small and actually my dogs liked it more than I did and it is all chewed up. It still works, but I am going to try to use one of my larger universal remotes to get this product to work.

Posted by: Jim60610 from Chicago on 04/26/2013The wireless subwoofer is great. I wanted to run directly thru cable box so I could listen to a music channel without the TV on. Problem was the cable box doesn't really turn off when you turn it off and the sound continued even after I tried to turn off cable. So, I had to run it thru the TV and keep the TV on just to listen to music. There should be an off switch to the sound bar and this would have worked.

Great sound, sensitive buttons

Be careful if you move it while it is in use, though, the buttons on the sound bar itself are very sensitive and it is easy to turn it off by just brushing up against them. I'm not sure if the tiny remote is a good or bad thing yet. It's nice to not have another full-size remote sitting on our table, but I think it will be much easier to lose in the couch cushions. Only time will tell.
