Posted by: tstelko from Sarasota, FL on 05/21/2013I immediately realized that I could not get a perfect fit with the included silicone earbuds. So I started investigating and found the COMPLY memory foam earbuds and they work perfectly! The little black pieces that are right below the adjustable wire covers (the part that loops in your ear) will not stay in place since day one. I've found they really don't matter. The storage case is cheap and is too small but I have an old small camera case that works perfectly. After reading all the reviews, it was a no brainer to buy the multi year extended warranty for about $30. Sound quality is amazing. I also strongly recommend EQu app for iphone users. It allows you to get the most sound out of these little buds. ENJOY.

Headphone Heaven!

Posted by: jopadilla from Los Angeles, CA on 05/08/2013I really love these headphones! They're everything! They look great and sound even better. The price is high but the return is great. If you plan on taking care of your headphones and aren't planning on using them for working out, then I think these are a GREAT investment. I used them on a flight from LA to Dallas and it was like I was alone in my apt listening to my music. Highly recommend!

Great sound quality, poor design

Posted by: Dsmithbbuy from Dallas Tx on 04/14/2013Yea, they sound great when you can get them to stay in. I have always had trouble with earbuds staying put. I saw the adds and thought this was it. Not so much. When you try to fit them as designed, with the loop pressing hard enough to hold them in place, you'll be taking them out soon due to pain. It seems like a good idea, but not in practice. The wire loop is very stiff so even if you un-curl it, they pull themselves out of your ear. I am not giving up, they sound far and away better than any other brand I have tried. For the money I would recommend the Klipsh S4 series.

Great fit, excellent sound quality

Posted by: from Rosemount, MN on 04/13/2013These earphones may be a little pricey, but they are worth it. I have had other quality earphones, but these are my favorite. I've had the Klipsch Image S4 earphones, as well as Bose's earphones. These definitely, by far, sound the best of the two. I usually have a hell of a time getting the right fitment for new earphones, but these ones fit great right away. The secure loop worked beautifully for my ears, and i could not shake them loose.
The sound quality was very natural with excellent clarity. There were occasions when the high notes were a bit too sharp, but it rarely occurred. Another good part of the sound, for me, was the excellent bass response that was definitely not overpowering the rest of the song. If someone is willing to spend money on earphones, I would highly recommend checking out the C5.

worst support possible

Posted by: lemmonhead from tucson, az on 04/03/2013i have been trying to order new tips for earbuds. B&W support phones dont work, really try them. Web site directs you to dealers who dont carry replacement parts. Terrible support no excuse for making this so hard. The good. These are probably the sturdiest best built pair of buds around. The sound is good but not as good as my turbines were for close to the same money. The wire earpeice helps but is worthless when your working out as sweat makes the wire just slip down. Sound when not perfectly seated is much worse. I would have given them 4 stars but they are un-usable until i replace bud tips and B&W support is so poor. Might re-review if they return emails.

Posted by: Vermelho from Philadalphia on 03/24/2013I bought Bowers & Wilkins c5 because my previous Bose MIE2i was replaced once because of unbalanced sound and the second pair because the cord was torn in three places. I love to listen to music every moment of my waking days, of which most of the time I'm am still. I love classical, rock, hip hop, jazz, pretty much All genre of music I enjoy and Bowers & Wilkins c5 does not disappoint in delivering excellent sound to each genre. I am very satisfied with the purchase of my Bowers & Wilkins c5 in ear concert for One.

Great sound in a small package

Posted by: Lilgremlin from St. Louis MO on 03/03/2013I looked for a while & these are the best sounding earphones I've found. They don't have a great deal of bass (like Bose) but offer great sound quality. I returned some wireless Beats (which sounded a little better) but were too big & heavy for gym use. These do the job nicely & I think the price is reasonable considering the sound quality & craftsmanship of the product. The fact that they look awesome is also nice. The cord length is also perfect for a taller person. My Bose were a little short in pants with deep pockets.
