Pixar's Worst Offering

Posted by: from on 04/15/2013Except for Cars 2 - but I refuse to accept that as a Pixar movie. This movie isn't horrible, but it's bad for Pixar standards. The plot is ho-hum, the jokes are juvenile, and there isn't all that much to like. I know that this is supposed to be a "kids" movie so "juvenile" seems like a weird criticism, but compared with the other Pixar movies, this one offered very little to an adult audience. If this were made by a different production company I would have thought, "Ah it's not bad - not great, but not bad." But coming from Pixar it was very disappointing.
