Californication: The Land of Rape and Honey
Newly minted college professor Hank tarnishes his image and finds himself in a campus imbroglio when his overly candid assessment of a student's work goes over the line. Elsewhere, Charlie takes a bit too much interest in Marcy's affairs, which causes problems on the already problematic home front. ~ Ray Stackhouse, Rovi
Californication: Zoso

Californication: So Here's the Thing...
Fearing he may have ruined things (again) with Karen, Hank plans to cool things down with the campus hotties, but true to form winds up getting burned by his amorous pursuits. Meanwhile, Charlie scrambles to keep the agency's top client (Peter Fonda) from leaving the fold; and Becca chastises her father for the horrible role model he's become. ~ Ray Stackhouse, Rovi
Californication: Glass Houses
Karen visits L.A. with a plan to reunite her family and move back to New York City, which makes Hank happy but leaves Becca distraught over leaving her new best friend, Chelsea (Ellen Davis Woglom). Karen stops by Hank's university class and gets an eyeful of the young ladies he is "teaching." Charlie and Marcy once again make for strange bedfellows, but things hit a snag when his new client, Rick Springfield (as himself), appears to take an interest in Charlie's girl. ~ Ray Stackhouse, Rovi
Californication: Mr. Bad Example
Becca and Chelsea (Ellen Davis Woglom) get involved in a brawl on campus, which results in one of Hank's sexual dalliances being discovered. Meanwhile, Charlie jeopardizes his job when he attempts to get Marcy away from his client Rick Springfield (as himself). ~ Ray Stackhouse, Rovi
Californication: Dogtown
Hank takes Charlie out for a night of drinking after the agent loses his job, but their revelry hits a rough-and-tough spot when they wind up in the middle of a convenience-store armed robbery. Meanwhile, Karen, Becca and Marcy enjoy a girls' night out. ~ Ray Stackhouse, Rovi
Californication: Coming & Goings
At the dean's end-of-semester mixer, Hank ends up mixing it up with his boss in a Civil War-style duel. Elsewhere, it's a momentous occasion for Charlie and Marcy as their divorce becomes final on the same day that they finally sell their house. ~ Ray Stackhouse, Rovi
Californication: Mia Culpa
In the third-season finale, Hank is unpleasantly surprised by a visit from Mia (Madeline Zima) and her low-life manager-boyfriend (James Frain). And circumstances lead to Karen discovering Hank's past involvement with the young seductress. Meanwhile, Charlie must come to the realization that his relationship with Marcy may be over. ~ Ray Stackhouse, Rovi
Californication: Slow Happy Boys
With Becca visiting Karen in New York, Hank hosts his old Long Island buddy (Kevin Corrigan) at the apartment. The two hit the town for a decadent weekend that includes a posh party at Sue Collini's, where they meet her off-the-wall husband, Dickie (Stephen Root). Later, Hank and his comely pupil Jackie have an interesting encounter; Becca returns with a traveling companion; and Charlie and Marcy once again become strange bedfellows. ~ Ray Stackhouse, Rovi
Californication: The Apartment
Hank is kept up all night after a surprise visit by Jackie (Eva Amurri) and two of her stripper colleagues from the club. He's really sent scrambling when both Jill (Diane Farr) and Felicia (Embeth Davidtz) show up at his doorstep the next morning before the trio have departed. To complicate things ever further, Dean Koons (Peter Gallagher) also drops by, and Charlie arrives with a verbally abusive Rick Springfield (as himself). ~ Ray Stackhouse, Rovi
