Great for Milk Shakes

Just use vanilla ice cream, milk, and chocolate syrup (add syrup last so it doesn't stick to bottom of container). Yummy! Alot cheaper than a fast food shake and I think they taste better. You decide for yourself.

It's a great way to get veggies in diets of children, without having to taste a particular veggie, that would not be eaten otherwise. One of my smoothies: small amounts of spinach, apple, banana, almond milk, greek yogurt, juice, oatmeal, and protein powder. Try it!
