Posted by: zambezi from virginia on 04/20/2013This digital piano is perfect for me to relearn to play. The sound quality is very good for the price. I tried much more expensive digitals, and am quite happy with this one.

Posted by: mkamoski from GMT-0500 on 04/08/2013This digital piano is great. The key weight and action are very similar to an acoustic piano. The sounds are awesome. It is very portable. I have a PX-130 and a PX-135 and use them a lot. It never goes out of tune, which makes it way better than any of the basic "I got it free from my uncle" studio pianos that you have to tune every 6-months for $100+ per tuning. This is a really good deal for a really nice piano and I would recommend it to anyone. The whole Casio Privia line is excellent. Thanks.

Good sound/feel

Posted by: ARfan from on 03/28/2013I'm not an expert piano player, but this feels and plays like a real piano. I am very happy with the results. Also has a lot of nice features that are common to electronic keyboards. I'd recommend that you try it out in the store before buying to be sure it is right for you.

Wonderful piano

Posted by: Nthill from Fulton, md on 03/15/2013I LOVE this keyboard. The sound is really close to a grand and you have choices for how bright you want it. It fits right behind my futon in a small space. That fact that it has several other sounds, is midi comparable and can be used with headphones is a bonus. Great keyboard, great price!

Posted by: Mandy2 from Fort Lauderdale, FL on 03/03/2013I wanted a portable piano that felt more like a piano than a keyboard. This definitely does that and the sound is better than I expected for a moderately priced digital piano.

Excellent Practice Piano

Posted by: Fabianously from San Antonio, TX on 03/03/2013I'm a music major in need of a practice piano and found this was perfect for me.
First off, this is about $100 cheaper as set than buying the separate piano, stand, and pedals at a regular music store. Design goes great next to today's computers with it's sharp edges and clean curves. The keys are weighted and a bit heavier than an acoustic piano. This actually helps me because the pieces are easier to play once I'm on a real piano.
I'm unsure about how real the sound is, but there are different settings to adjust the brightness of sound so fix it to your liking. Just don't expect it to remember your setting.
Little things I thought were nice: Two headphone jacks. Maybe one for you and the other for your instructor or to the computer for recording. And it came with a rather large music book with pieces from just about every piano era and difficulty.

Posted by: SusieinCorona from Corona, Ca on 02/20/2013I just bought this piano today in store after looking online at several models. I had intended on purchasing a cheaper keyboard, but I wanted the full size, the pedals, and the stand. After thinking it over, I decided that this was the one for me. I am impressed with the features and the sound quality. I haven't tried using the midi features yet, but I've had it playing on demo mode, and it's like having a concert pianist in my room with me. I look forward to many years of playing on this practically priced, full-featured instrument!
