Synopsis


In 1992, the evil superhuman genius Doctor Destroyer obliterated the city of Detroit, killing hundreds of thousands of people. Since then, he's been slowly but surely hatching a plot that will place the entire planet in danger. Only one force stands between Destroyer and a global apocalypse: The Champions, led by the brave Defender. But in order to maintain the ongoing global fight against evil, the Champions need a new generation of superheroes. It's time for you to suit up.

In Champions Online, a new MMORPG from the creators of City of Heroes and City of Villains, you'll have the opportunity to create a unique superhero, complete with any of billions of possible combinations of powers, bodies, accessories and more, as well as an adversary to serve as your Champion's supreme nemesis. Charge into battle using an action-based combat system that delivers exciting, visceral battle action. Explore a wide range of locations, from the gleaming skyscrapers of Millennium City to the murky underwater realm of Lemuria, as you attempt to thwart evil across the globe.
