VERY difficult to install!!!

I should have taken my laptop to Best Buy and had them install it for me. After I got it installed, it has worked great. There are many scam artists associated with the web-page for this item. they say they are third party associates working for Linksys. One got into my computer (remotely) and screwed it up. They then told me they wanted $499 to unscrew it. Buyer Beware.
