Not the best - Not the worst

Posted by: from Youngstown, OH on 01/26/2012Well, I paid under 2 bills for this so I'm content - it is suitable for its intended purpose - a child's bedroom. The picture is not good, the green seems to be off, kind of a bluish tint, unless of course the Philly Eagles have changed their pant color without me being aware to a bluish-green. Black is not very black... To be fair I am not using hdMi Sound, well i read it was not good, but in MY experience it is plenty loud with volume to spare. I would say it is an OK TV and looking back I WOULD buy again. Although I do not believe I got a good deal any longer, I simply paid what this TV is worth, I would not pay any more than 2

Great start up TV

Maybe I think the picture and sound quality is great because I came from a 27" x 27" beast but it's really good for what it is! Not a crazy feature tv, but the sound is good, the picture is good and my Xbox is set to 1080p through an HDMI cable so I'm good to go!

I am not the world's most discriminating purchaser of products, but I feel this is a good quality item. It is easy to set up and use. It is used for video games and the picture looks great.

I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID TERE SYSTEM WONT LET THEM SHIP A THRID TV. THAT A SPECIALIST WOULD CALL ME. THEN NOT ONE CALL FROM BEST BUY. THEN I JUST GET AN EMAIL WITH RETURN LABELS. NIC, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO I STILL DONT HAVE A TV AND THEY MAKE ME RETURN BOTH TVS TO THE UPS STORE AND STILL NO CALL TO GET THE TV I ORDERED I WILL NO LONGER SHOP AT BEST BUY

Broken out of the box

Upon returning it to the local Best Buy on Dec.26th to get a new tv I was informed that the store didnt have any more and was forced to wait or spend another $40 so I could return home with a working tv. Needles to say the replacement tv cost me an extra $40. should have spent the money to begin with

Posted by: from san rafael, ca on 01/11/2012This product was delivered in the estimated time. It was fairly simple to set up. Plug everything in the right holes. I dont pay for television service put I do use a cable cord to receive the local channels. This was not as simple as it was on my other TV. I had to play around with the settings- i have no idea what i did but now i get my local channels again :) I dont know if you can use the internet w this TV bc i dont do that nor do i know how. Also, the remote control doesnt work well at all. It acts as if the battery is running low but I have brand new ones - i think they assume i will be merging multiple systems together and using a more high tech remote. Either way I am happy with it especially for the price :) thanks

Basic TV for small room

Posted by: from Florence, SC on 01/10/2012Sound quality is very poor; speakers point downward from the bottom of the TV which muffles the sound. Sound level max out is about 23 although continues to 50 with minimum sound increase. Need to buy a surround sound system to get quality sound for larger rooms or rooms that have ambient noise. Otherwise the picture is average with average features. Makes a good spare TV for a bed room or small room.
