power is OK, cord is short

Posted by: obachan555 from San Francisco, CA on 04/21/2013This dryer does quicker job than my old small travel dryer ,900W. The noise is louder. Only problem I have is the retractable cord is short. I am 5'8". If I plug the dryer to the outlet on the lower part of the wall, it barely reach to my head, so I have to use the outlet in the bathroom now in stead of standing in front of bigger mirror . If you do not have a electric outlet near the mirror, you may need an extension cord to use this, which kill the benefit of retractable cord.
