Great price...2 pack of 4GB for under $60.00

Posted by: Gamingirl from Virginia on 01/25/2012I was told the RAM would pass some memtests and fail others, so it was faulty and should be replaced. I got all of my money back. Actually paid less for 8gb of PNY brand elsewhere. Very unsatisfied with best buy's customer service.

Thousands of bad addresses, would not function

Posted by: QPhysics from Osgood, IN on 01/09/2012The memory was a snap to install, but I immediately started getting BSOD errors. I ran a couple different memory testing programs and both reported many thousands of bad memory addresses.
I'm conflicted about trying another set, because there are good reviews, but then there's my personal experience.
I think I'll probably stick with a more reliable brand in the future, even if the cost is a bit higher...the set I got was worth nothing since it didn't work.

Speed and transition was great in gaming and video. my system maxes at 24gb so i ordered another 8 because the value is just fantastic, why not to get it while it's cheap and available. i would recommend this to anyone looking for value and performance.

Nicely packaged Memory sticks

I assembled them into the Antec Three Hundred case that I picked up at my local Best Buy store. I am thrilled with the performance this combo has given me. The Corsair XM S3 was well packaged, arrived as promised, installed easily and look really cool. The most important thing, of course, is their excellent performance. I am so impressed I came back to buy another pair to max out my memory at 16 GB. Unfortunately for me, it seems a lot of other people discovered this product because they are sold out. I will be checking back in the hope Best Buy gets more!
