trouble: wont shop at best buy again because experence started great and ended miserablly..i ordered item,, waited recieved email that it had arrived at store and i can come to store and pick it up, fine idrove 30 mins to store in christmas traffic , waited in line for 45 mins and it wasnt there left empty handed after all that ... customer service manager drove to denver next day to get cuddleuppet unicorn.. He went out of his way but i had to drive back to store again next day again... it just didnt seem that my problem was very important to managers, the people in lines buying merchandic were more important...it was an experence which will be hard to forgive and forget..they never offered me compension for gas , time , or just over all bad experence...i was dissappointed most of all.... i could have gotten it at anyother stores but i choose best buy..what a mistake...hopefully a person which cares, about saving a customer will email me..thanks mike0 out of 0 found this review helpful.
