Something to notice: The VHS tape included was very helpful. The blades are extremely sharp so you can't just leave them lying around.

Great for small prep jobs

Simple Classic Design That Always Works

We knew we could never replace it ever again because those are just too darn expensive. We tooks a gamble on this particular model of Cuisinart because (i) it's classic design like our 15 year old Robot Coupe (ii) and Cuisinart's brand reputation. Out of the box - it did not disappoint. We do not miss our Robot Coupe at all.

Excellent Food Processor

This food processor is great for making peanut butter, mayonaisse, chicken salad and other great food. It's been able to handle everything I've thrown at it too. Drop in a whole chicken breast? No problem. Three cups of peanuts? Turns it into butter in a jiffy.
