Did not help my unit.
The Blu Ray head on my unit stopped playing after very light use. The manufactuer, Panasonic, does not cover failure after the 90 warrenty. This was a "grasping at straws" effort to clean and potentially restore the picture. It did not restore the picture.
I believe that it may actually clean dust and or dirt on a head so, I will retain it for use on the new DVD player I have purchased.- Internet Connectable? : Yes

It Works but is expensive3

This works well enough but it seems a lot more expensive than it needs to be for what it does. It is easy enough to use, just put it in and let it go. What is annoying is there is a very long intro that if you try to skip it causes the whole thing to just start over again, meaning you can't skip it. So after you wait for this annoying lady to tell you why you are doing what you are doing, something you already know, then it lets you clean your device and move on to whatever else you want to do with the disk. I've had my blu-ray player for about 5 years. I noticed a couple months ago that it would not play certain blu-rays. I did not want to buy a new player and I didn't want to pay (yet) for a prof cleaning. I bought this disc cleaner and it worked the first time. But I do have to keep using it about every other time I want to watch a blu-ray. Maybe if I had started using it earlier, it would work better, but i'm happy that I don't have to replace my player yet.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

This lens cleaner was effective and performed with excellence. Originally thought that the BluRay player needed replacement but by using this cleaner it repaired the problem of skipping and audio interruptions.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

For me it was a waste of money and time. Sounded great if it had worked but on my 3D Blue Ray could never get it to complete a cleaning cycle. Tried also on a regular Blue Ray and it still wouldn't read the DVD. Returned item to store for refund.2 out of 2 found this review helpful.

At almost $30, this is an expensive product. I expected superior results. In my hands, it did not clean the "head" of my LG BD-370 Blu-Ray player. In fact, I had difficulty navigating the menu system to even get to the cleaning function. I could not get the disk to even read when I chose "English" as my language (it kept looping back to the language selection menu). I did get it to read when I chose another language choice (I can't remember which, nor is it important). It then went through a "cleaning" cycle, but it had no noticeable improvement on my video quality. I cannot recommend this product.1 out of 1 found this review helpful.
