Posted by: Wishingforbetter from on 06/14/2013The machine, once you figure out how to use it (no instructions!!!!), only repairs minor scratches... Ones you can barely see. On scratches that are even slightly deeper, it has no effect. I ran a CD thru it 8 times that had a minor scratch, & it still isn't being read properly in the CD player. And the CD it "repaired" was fixed in places where it originally had problems, & now skips in places where there were no problems before the "fix." I was disappointed, very much, in the results of this product.

I thought my grandsons game was ruined and went to buy a new one when I saw the repair unit, bought it and it worked great, now we have used it for several discs and have been very satisfied
