We thought this was a great deal at $69.99 at the end of November so we purchased it. 4 days after the 90 day warranty was up, it stopped working. We took it back to Best Buy who wouldn't stand behind it. They said the 'best' they could do was to give us 50% off a replacement cord (the cigarette plug in was out). We did purchase the replacement cord for $20 and now we have to listen to a whine that comes from the cooling fan of this replacement cord (they didn't sell the exact cord). Needless to say, given the poor customer service, I am no longer a customer of Best Buy. I will use the internet or pay more for it versus ever purchasing from them again. I'm not surprised the company is not doing well given the lack of customer service.0 out of 3 found this review helpful.

Cuts out when you hit a bump and freezes up.1

The player cuts out when we hit a bump. These are designed so kids can watch movies in the car. It's bumpy on country roads. The kids broke both headphone within a week. It freezes up while they are watching it. The bag that came With it only had a zipper on one side. The other side was broken.2 out of 2 found this review helpful.

It is just a piece of plastic box.
Doesn't work .
Doesn't hook properly, One of the button was broken.

I have used the dvd player a few times. It works great. The only thing I don't like is the headset type earphones. They should be ear buds! The sound is good but they are bulky.
Also, the controls could be labeled a little better. Once I figured out what each button was for I understood.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Great for Long Car Rides and Two Kids4

We purchased this dual screen DVD player for long car rides to the cabin. They work great. Picture is clear. 6 year old has no problems with the headphones. However, the headphones are too big for our 3 year old. We had to go purchase smaller headphones. But all in all still a great purchase.1 out of 1 found this review helpful.

Purchased due to price. So we got what we paid for. First, the brackets do not work with our headrest so we had to make our own way of attaching them. Second, these are not independent dvd players. Only one dvd can be played and watched on both screens. I guess I should have checked that out at purchase, but in todays age, why sell something that rediculous.1 out of 14 found this review helpful.

More than we hoped for...5

We bought this product on sale for $69.99. We wanted a portable DVD player so our children could watch Veggie Tales on long trips in the car. With 2 screens, this was far more than we hoped to get with the money we had to spend. Set up took all of a couple of minutes (once we got everything out of the box). The sound was good, and the cords were plenty long enough to reach between the screens. We could even mount them to the front seats of our Ford Escape by crossing the straps.
Honestly, if I had to say something I would prefer to be different, I would really be nitpicking to say that a remote control would be nice. I also would like to have seen cord lengths in the item description online, but that is also nitpicking this product.
So far, this has been one of the best investments we have made in recent memory. The product worked exactly as we had hoped and kept our children entertained for the hours we were on the road.
Cords lengths (in case anyone wants to know):
