From the very first time we plugged these in we had nothing but problems with it. One of the screens would only work whenever it wanted to. Alot of the time the sound would just go off and randomly come back on later. Returned these to the store for a refund added about $50 to what was already invested in the cheap ones and got a great quality product from Phillips!0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

We bought these a week ago and returning them tomorrow. We've gone through a few portable DVD players, but these are the worst. We started having problems with them a couple days after we purchased them, but we wanted to give them a chance. My Husband and I bought a bunch of new DVDs for our daughters and when we put half of the movies in, it says "No Disc". When it DOES play a movie, it takes 1-2 minutes to load and freezes up most of the time. I'll say it again, the WORST portable DVD player.11 out of 11 found this review helpful.

This does not come with a battery, it comes with a plug-in adapter that needs to be plugged at all times to be able to play. THIS MEANS IT'S NOT "PORTABLE" because you need an outlet when ever you want to use it. You're better off with a philips or a sony player. This thing is strictly for cars only which sucks, they need to put that on the specs of the item. Furthermore, the bestbuy worker told my dad this didn't come with a bag, which it actually did and forced my dad to buy a separate bag for the players. we're now in the process of returning this junk.16 out of 17 found this review helpful.

I bought this to keep the kids busy in the car and they love it! I like how the discs go right into the main screen unit and it comes with 2 sets of headphones. Great setup for the price!5 out of 6 found this review helpful.

Bought these to use on a trip to keep the kids entertained. Picture quality is good but the built in speakers are not loud enough. My kids had trouble hearing the movie without wearing the head phones. The cables were all just a little to short to tuck out of the way so they wouldn't dangle around. They served their purposed but I'm going to just get some nicer in the headrest ones.7 out of 7 found this review helpful.

Bought this because it was a good buy. I got it home, tried it out and it worked for 5 mins and the screen went dark. Put in a different dvd and it did the same thing. When I connected the other player, it wouldn't even come on. Don't waste your time and energy. Very disappointed!12 out of 12 found this review helpful.
