Complete waste of money2

I bought this only a few months ago and so far I am severely disappointed. When it does play, the audio quality isn't bad. It's the fact that I have to have an ongoing battle with the cassette to get it to work. It will stop working literally every ten seconds and every once in awhile, the cassette will eject from the player all together. And I know it is not my car's cassette player because other tapes work perfectly fine. I wouldn't waste my money on this again. Now excuse me while I go take a hammer to it.6 out of 7 found this review helpful.

For something that probably cost next to nothing to make, $20 is slightly too expensive to validate buying this. I got my license yesterday, and was looking for a quick way to listen to my iPod's playlists while driving. There was the option of a $20 FM transmitter, but you could always lose the FM signal. I would buy this in a pinch, but if you can stand to wait a little, try and get a better deal.2 out of 4 found this review helpful.

Had the radio installed by Best Buy so didn't use the adapter. Return was no problem. Unless your are pretty technically inclined I wouldn't recommend self-installation. The Best Buy tech did a great job and the instll looks great.2 out of 48 found this review helpful.

Our last adapter ($8) was stolen so we replaced it with this one. With tax it was 3 times the price, but the quality was half as good. The sound was just too muffled.11 out of 12 found this review helpful.

besides bad quality, it also doesnt fit well into my phone jack. pretty bad overall and for the price would have expected better. my GF got one for $10... i really over paid at $252 out of 2 found this review helpful.

After reading the reviews I didn't expect much from this product. Needed it for a 10 hour road trip and it worked like a charm. Haven't had any problems with audio quality at all. No ejections either. If you are thinking about purchasing this product, just buy it!! BEST 10 DOLLARS I HAVE SPENT in a long time.....4 out of 4 found this review helpful.

This was the best thing for our trip. The converter allowed all of us to enjoy the music instead of just one with earphones. I was thrilled to find this accessory and Best Buy was the only one who carried it. I've tried using speakers with my player, but this was able to give the full stereo effect by using all of our car speakers. Great Gadget!2 out of 2 found this review helpful.
