For phones with a micro HDMI port, you can use a convenient micro HDMI cable. The micro end connects to your phone, while the regular-sized HDMI end connects to your HDTV. A micro HDMI cable connection supports video resolution up to 1080p.

For cameras with a mini HDMI port, you can use a convenient mini HDMI cable. The mini end connects to your camera, while the regular-sized HDMI end connects to your HDTV.

You could also attach a mini HDMI-to-HDMI adapter to your camera and then use a regular HDMI cable to make your connection.

Some smaller digital cameras include a micro HDMI port, which works the same as a mini HDMI cable, except the micro end is approximately 50% smaller than the mini end*.

Both micro and mini HDMI cable connections support video resolution up to 1080p.
