I was a little hesitant to purchase this printer at first as I have been use to using a lab. I was surprised when I saw the quality of my first print. The colours were perfect and the feel and quality of the paper is great. I would recommend this for anyone who wants quality photographic prints without going to a lab. As a matter of fact, try and rip the photo paper to see how good the quality is. I plan to buy one more to give to my son as he is interested in the photo business.

All you do is put in your memory card and print. I took this to a party to do a memory book and people were actually taking the pictures as momentos - which kind of worked out nicely. I didn't have to think about printing my pictures at a later date. It's very compact and light..you can take this thing anywhere. I just wish it printed a little faster, but in the end, I wouldn't give up the quality for a little speed! Buy extra print packs...T5846 and keep them in stock!

It seemed every store I would go to would give me pictures back that were all pixelated and just very poor printing quality. This machine has taken care of that! I scrapbook and I am very particular about the qualtiy of photos I use so this has definately scored 100 out of 100 for me!!!

IT REALLY ISNT' HEAVY AT ALL! IT REALLY IS A NICE LOOKING MINI PRINTER. MY COLLEGE DAUGHTER LIKED IT A LOT. I JUST WISH IT HAD USB BUT IT DOESN'T. FOR A HIGH PRICE, IT SHOULD COME WITH IT. IM A STAY AT HOME MOM WITH TODDLER TWINS SO I TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES AND DON'T HAVE TIME TO RUN TO OUT FOR PRINTS. BEING AT HOME, IT'S SO SUPER CONVENIENT!!

Excellent photo printer

Posted by: Starbull from Ostrander, OH on 08/07/2011Bought this unit about 3 years ago and have used it incessantly. I take an awful lot of pictures and this little unit has been perfect. Never have had a problem with reliability. Print quality is outstanding if you use Epson paper exclusively. Features enable you to have some control over your prints which has come in very handy. Unit is very user friendly and menus are lucid and very logical. Very easy to use. I have never used any other photo printer so I can't compare this one to any others, all I can say is this Epson has been great and held up perfectly with an awful lot of use. All in all a great compact unit that is all you will need if you print only 4X6 pictures or smaller.
