Epson makes a great Projector, this is my 3rd Projector purchased for my theater room. the Panasonic did not last at all. I purchased a high end Optoma and had issues at about a year old. $800 later its better than it was the day I bought it. while the service center had the Optoma FOEVER I decided to purchase this Epson, about 90 days after the purchase I had to exchange it some how a hair got into the lens... the current one has lasted about 2 years. it will turn on the the bulb shuts off.
Do NOT turn down the 4 year extended warranty, even if you dont need service you get one free bulb. I would buy this projector again though..0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

The picture quality is exceptional. I project directly on to my living room wall which gives me a 120" viewing area. The kids really love movie night now! Very easy to set up and it has Component and 2 HDMI inputs which is fantastic. Definitely money well spent.2 out of 2 found this review helpful.

I bought this projector for a 15x12 room and with a 11 foot throw I am able to get 108" diagonal on the wall. The picture looks clearer to me than the more expensive Sharp 90 inch TVs, and this is with the picture projecting directly on my wall. Once I purchase my 106" screen, the picture should look even better than it does now. The viewing is great head on and even from poor angles, which I was concerned about because I am using it for a game room.2 out of 2 found this review helpful.

I love this projector. Maybe I just love watching tv and movies on a 120 in screen. Sure tv's are getting bigger. You can get 80 in or more, of course it will cost you several thousand dollars. This is a 120 in picture for less than $1,400. The picture is great and I am only using my wall as a screen.
Only negatives are there are only two HDMI inputs. I was able to work with it though. Also the projector works best is a dark room. Do not try to use this is a bright room.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Projector for our home theater room5

We are using this in our theater room on a wall with a painted screen. It is working great and we are very happy with the picture. We placed it 12' from the screen wall and get about a 110'' picture. We are going to move it back a foot or two but haven't yet but don't expect any change in picture quality. Our room is very dark with no windows. Not sure it'd be as great if there was light in the room.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Its a physically large unit that was packed very well and received in perfect condition. Easy to install and hook up to my Harmon-Kardon theatre sound. Good picture quality even on just a painted wall, The full height 8' picture with 4:3 format is stunning. My only picture complaint is the contrast. Not adjustable to give black blacks without giving up a lot of brightness. The moveable image right and left and up and down really was helpful in centering the picture. I only hope I can get the estimated bulb hours.4 out of 4 found this review helpful.

Perfect projector for movies and home theater5

Its a great projector to watch movies, absolutely silent operation, great picture quality and easy to use. Only thing I didn't like is - it gets hot (I dont know about other projectors). May be all of the projectors get hot because of the UV lamp. But I think to watch movies - its a perfect system.1 out of 1 found this review helpful.

This is home theater right out of the box.5

I built a home theater in our basement. I did all the research on projectors to huge flat screens. The project will change your life. Don't spend 3x the money for a 70-90 inch when you can have a 11foot wide screen. The best is that you don't need furniture, or cords hanging and connecting units. Mount on ceiling and go. When you turn it off it disappears and you have your room back. Awesome. Will never not have one again. Right out of the box excellent picture.4 out of 4 found this review helpful.
