Service has been poor

Posted by: sharlove from Chicago on 09/06/2012The person that installed the refrigerator would not install the icemaker, even though I previously had an icemaker. He said it needed a different part. The hardware store is 2 blocks away, but he would not wait. Got a plumber to hook up icemaker. Best Buy wanted of $100 to do it. Now the ice won't come through the door. Repair main will be out on Tuesday - wonder how much this will cost. Should have gone to Sears.
